One Man Mutiny!
One Man Mutiny! was born out of bedroom jams, spit, blood, and an unyielding passion for loud, authentic, in-your-damn face rock and roll. Founded as a solo DIY project, OMM! is a "ya never know what you're gonna get" writing and recording lone ranger. I play what I feel in the moment I feel it. What comes out is what comes out. Whatever comes out, its crushing truth wrapped in balls to the wall rock.

Written across one year, these songs are rock and roll outburst of emotion. Like every good Kantian Stoic, I don't talk about the things that bother me, but I'll write about it. Although this album is musically arranged around acoustic guitar, it is lyrically arranged to punch you in the face.

Therapy Sessions Explained
It all starts with this guitar (a.k.a. "Nola"). You probably can't tell, but the top is glued down with super glue (after numerous drops, bangs, and drunken stumbles) and the bridge is about to lift and pop off upon the next indelicate brutal strum I unleash in anger. But, this is the first guitar I ever bought myself and it stays dutifully by my side.
Once me and Nola have a chord progression, I sing whatever comes to me. I sing whatever I feel. If I find myself returning to the "song" on subsequent nights, I start writing down what I am singing. With words and chords, I record a "demo" of myself singing and playing.
If the demo is catchy enough to not make me throw up in revulsion over my singing, I play the song, via Nola, into Suno (an AI music production software). Yes, AI. Look, I cant sing, nor do I have talent to play any other instrument besides guitar. So, if I want these songs to have rhythm and decent singing, I need AI to process my ideas. I enter the lyrics as I want them, I record my voice singing the lyrics, and I play the guitar parts. I let AI generate the rhythm and the AI version of my Voice.
From there, the AI stems go into my DAW (PreSonus) and I start toying with the song via edits, eq, and other production techniques I learn from YouTube, until the song is finished. From there, it is released for you fine folks to enjoy.
